To enroll in the program and request a quote you must be a member or relative of the AKISAN community and a legal resident of the United States at the time of enrollment. Applicants must be between ages 0 – 85. Policies are simplified issues plans and do not require a medical examination, however, the insurer may conduct a telephone interview to determine insurability.

Although non-members can also apply, we strongly suggest that you affiliate yourself with a chapter in your vicinity.
